Shipping Policy

Once goods have been shipped from Eagle Eye Golf Gear, all risk of loss or damage passes to the recipient. Eagle Eye Golf Gear is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are securely packaged and shipped in good condition, we cannot guarantee the performance or reliability of third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made directly with the shipping carrier. If you believe your shipment was damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials and contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim. Then notify us and we will get in contact with you.

Shipping Policy - The Basics

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Carriers

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please:

What to include in the Shipping Policy

If there are issues like dirty/marked up balls or even mis printed clothes please contact us. We will refund you or send you a new version of the product as long as that product is sent back. This way we can confirm the products condition and send you a new one.
